No. Quest runs entirely in your web browser. There’s nothing to download or install. Sign in from any modern browser on a laptop or desktop and your workspace, library and quotes are all there.

Most operators send a first quote within their first session. If your Content Library already has a few accommodations and destinations in it, building a short itinerary and sending it can take well under half an hour. Our step-by-step guide walks through every screen.

You can add accommodations, destinations and rates to your Content Library manually at any time, and reuse them across every quote afterwards. Bulk import options vary by plan: TODO: confirm current import availability with the Quest team.

Yes. You can revise a sent quote and create an updated version, then re-share it. The earlier version stays on record so you always have a history of what the tourist saw.

Yes. You can set the currency a quote is built and presented in, manage exchange rates, and show totals in your tourist’s preferred currency. Multi-currency controls are part of Quest Pro.

Every item you add. Accommodations, activities, transport and extras. Feeds a live cost summary that recalculates instantly. You can layer markup on top and override individual rates, and the per-person and total figures update as you work.

Yes. Mark items as optional and they appear as add-ons in the proposal without changing the base total, so tourists can opt in to the extras they want.

Today each person normally signs in with their own login tied to your company. Self-serve team invites and seat limits are not available in the product yet. Contact Quest support if you need another teammate added. Do not share one password across the office.

Not yet. In-app invite links, roles, and plan-based seats are still to come. Settings → Company → Memberships is for industry memberships (for example tourism associations), not for adding people.

On the sign-in page, click Forgot password. We email you a reset link. You can also change your password anytime under Settings → Security after you sign in.

Yes. Alongside email, you can share a tourist-ready proposal link directly over WhatsApp. Useful when that’s how your tourist prefers to communicate.

Yes. Once you set up branding in Settings. Logo, colours and document styles. Every proposal you send reflects your company’s look automatically.

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade from Billing & Subscription. Upgrades typically take effect immediately; downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period.

All invoices and receipts live in your billing history under Billing & Subscription, where you can view and download each one.
